CVIAQ to hold Additional Familiarisation Session for Exhibitors in July

In response to further exhibitor requests for a tour of the new venue, CVIAQ has organised an exhibitor familiarisation session to be held on the 20th July.

CVIAQ CEO, Mr Brett Wright, said “The information presented to exhibitors at this session won’t be any different to what was presented previously but it is an opportunity for those exhibitors who were unable to attend the Famil Sessions in April to tour the BCEC and see for themselves the scope that exist at this world class venue.”

Of particular interest to exhibitors will be how CVIAQ plans to allocate space at the new venue and what the space and booth charges will be.

BCEC staff will also be on hand to provide information on the services they can provide exhibitors and to conduct the tour of the venue.

CVIAQ will forward booking forms to all exhibitors with an RSVP date of the 13th July 2010.
