CVIAQ to hold Exhibitor Familiarisation Sessions at the BCEC in April

CVIAQ has partnered with the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre to hold four familiarisation sessions for exhibitors on the 20th and 22nd April 2010. The sessions are aimed at providing exhibitors with an opportunity to tour the facility and to see all the display areas as well as meeting rooms and cafes and restaurants the Centre has to offer.

CVIAQ will also be providing exhibitors with some initial exhibitor information. Of particular interest to exhibitors will be how CVIAQ plans to allocate space to them at the new venue and what the charges for space and booths will be.

BCEC staff will also be on hand to provide information on the services they can provide exhibitors and to conduct the tour of the venue.

CVIAQ will forward booking forms to all exhibitors with an RSVP date of the 14th April 2010.
