Never one to miss out on supporting a local event, petrol head and Queensland TV favourite, Heather Foord will head up a TV team on the tarmac at Brisbane Airport. Watch as the TV team try out their skills on the runway and get behind the wheel of the R999 concept truck, one of the Queensland Truck & Machinery Shows surprise exhibits…an amazing convertible concept truck shipped in under cover of darkness by Scania, one of the show’s major exhibitors.

The event organisers, The CVIAQ together with their friends at Brisbane Airport Corporation will ensure the Channel 9 team, including ’Extra ’and ’The Shak’ will have the ride of their lives. So make sure you catch Heather and the Extra team on the show opening night’s Extra program on Channel 9, with footage of the Scania airport runway/run-off burnouts as well as opening day footage from around the show grounds with coverage of leading exhibitor stands such as Mack, O’Phee Trailers and Digga !
